Welcome to the Fredericksburg Masonic Lodge # 4 Education Program (FEP). The FEP was developed, by order of the Worshipful Master, to standardize the presentation of the lessons associated with the esoteric meanings behind the catechisms; so that coaches and instructors of this Lodge will have the tools necessary to enable uniformity in the Masonic education of all members.
Worshipful Steve Sanford Lodge Education Officer
The three courses within this program are for each Masonic degree and last for six-weeks each. These classes meet every Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and are open to all Master Masons who wish to participate. Because of the course materials, these classes also functions as a Rusty Nail course. If you have any questions, please contact me at s.chandler@warbard.com.

Lecture Slides for Masonic Degree Work
Entered Apprentice Slides Fellowcraft Slides Master Mason Slides
(Because of their extremely large size, downloading these files may take a while.)
We ask no fee for these slides, but we ask you to help us preserve this historic building and its artifacts.
Please send all donations by check and please make checks out to “Fredericksburg Masonic Museum” Please mail donations to: P.O. Box 702, Fredericksburg, VA 22404
A NOTE ABOUT THE SLIDES: These are the original hand drawn pictures that have been around for years. They have been converted to PowerPoint slides from the old 33mm slides. It is rumored that they are copies from the old glass slides and may date to the mid 1800s. Ask some of your older members if they remember the “Magic Lantern” and glass slides. Because of the size of the files, they can not be emailed. However, once downloaded, all three will fit on a CD. If you do not have MS PowerPoint (needed to view and make changes to the files) you can download a free version of “PowerPoint Viewer” from Microsoft. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me directly at: daniel.thompson@cox.net. |
