We come to you! We will come to your home or small business and repair or replace faulty hardware. In a situation where on-site repair is not possible, we will pick up your system and take it to our shop, repair it at our facility, and deliver the equipment back to your location at no extra charge.
We have flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend appointments are no problem!
We only use quality parts from relialbe manufacturers. We will obtain parts from a specific manufacturer at your request.
Our team of technicians are CompTIA A+ and/or MCSE certified. They all have a background in Information Technology and customer service.
We charge $85.00 to make a service call. This includes the first hour of work performed on-site. Additional work performed is billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour whether it's done on-site or back at the shop. Pick-ups and deliveries are done free of charge.
