We come to you! Depending on the type of upgrade, most can be done at your location. We will come to your home or small business and upgrade hardware or software. In a situation where an on-site upgrade is not possible, we will pick up your system and take it to our shop, perform the upgrade at our facility, and deliver the equipment back to your location at no extra charge.
We have flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend appointments are no problem!
We will assess your current system, make appropriate recommendations, and explain to you why we make those recommendations.
We won't try to talk you into something you don't want. We'll discuss all the options available to improve your system's performance or the specific area that you would like to see an improvement. All costs will be discussed up front so you don't get any surprises.
We will discuss all the options from low-end inexpensive parts to the most state-of-the-art and thus more expensive parts. We will only use quality hardware from relialbe manufacturers. We will however obtain parts from a specific manufacturer at your request.
Our team of technicians are CompTIA A+ and/or MCSE certified. They all have a background in Information Technology and customer service.
We charge $85.00 to make a service call. This includes the first hour of work performed on-site. Additional work performed is billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour whether it's done on-site or back at the shop. Pick-ups and deliveries are done free of charge.
